seller

products and prices

fresh artisan bread, sold by unit. prices include VAT at the legal rate. the indicated weight (±500 g) is approximate, as is natural for artisan baking.

ordering and payment

orders are placed online with full pre-payment via Revolut (bank card). an order is only confirmed after payment. you receive a reference (EST-…) which serves as your pickup proof.

pickup

pickup at the café on the day chosen at checkout: thursday 8:30–15:30, saturday 9:00–16:00. orders close on monday at 11 pm for pickup thursday to monday of that week. after the deadline, orders roll to the following week.

orders not collected on the chosen day are not refunded — the bread is baked specifically for your order.

right of withdrawal

under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods such as fresh bread. if anything goes wrong with an order (error, unavailability), contact the café — we fully refund any order we cannot serve.

subscriptions

the weekly subscription is a recurring payment managed by Revolut, cancellable at any time from the subscription management page, without notice. cancellation takes effect from the next cycle.

personal data

your name and mobile number are used solely to identify your order at pickup and to contact you if there is a problem. they are not shared with third parties other than the payment processor (Revolut) nor used for marketing. to exercise your GDPR rights: [EMAIL].
