By day, Estudantina runs on coffee and sweets. In the evenings the kitchen sits empty — so we hand it to one independent chef at a time. You run the evening takeaway; we give you the space, the setup and the neighbourhood. From one week to one month, depending on your concept.

6 seats inside and up to 10 on the terrace (weather permitting), 18:00–23:00. We favour takeaway-friendly menus.
An established community in Alcântara & Ajuda already walks through the door. You plug into it instead of building from zero.
We keep 20%. You are paid every week, against an invoice for the amount minus commission.
